1. Who we are and what this is
Fahrow ("Fahrow", "we", "us") provides a self-reflection tool available on this website and, in future, as mobile and desktop applications (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
2. Not medical or psychological advice
Fahrow is an educational and reflective tool based on published ideas in analytical psychology. It is not a diagnostic instrument. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Nothing in your results should be treated as a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
If you are in crisis, or if something in your results distresses you, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are.
4. Your account
During this trial phase, your account and your results are stored locally in your browser on the device you use. We do not transmit them to a server, and we cannot recover them for you. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching device or browser will remove access to them. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account on your device.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for your own personal, non-commercial self-reflection.
- Do not use it to assess, screen, diagnose, hire, promote, or make decisions about other people.
- Do not copy, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service, its questions, its scoring, or its written content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its framework, question sets, scoring logic, written interpretations, visual identity and card artwork, is owned by Fahrow and protected by copyright and other laws. Your results are yours to keep and share; the underlying materials are not.
7. Paid features
Some layers of the framework are marked as premium and are not yet available. If and when paid features launch, pricing, billing and cancellation terms will be presented to you before any purchase, and no charge will be made without your explicit consent.
8. Trial phase and changes
The Service is in a trial phase. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and results may be recalculated as the method improves. We may update these Terms; material changes will be shown to you in the Service.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fahrow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for decisions you take based on your results.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using the Service and delete your account and data at any time from the Account page. That deletion is immediate and permanent.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fahrow is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: hello@fahrow.app.

Privacy Policy
1. The short version
Everything you enter — your name, email, password and every answer you give — is stored only in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it, recover it, or sell it. Deleting it in the Account page removes it completely.
2. What we store, and where
- Account details: first name, email address, year of birth, archetype-naming preference, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. Stored in your browser's local storage.
- Your answers and charts: your responses, your scores and your saved charts. Stored in the same place.
- No tracking: we do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, fingerprinting, or third-party marketing tools.
3. Third parties
The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts and a PDF-building library from a public code network (cdnjs). These providers may receive your IP address and basic browser information as part of serving those files, as with any website. No answers or account details are sent to them.
4. Legal bases and your rights
Because your data never leaves your device, we do not act as a controller of a central database of your personal data. You retain full control: you can view, export (as a PDF), and permanently delete everything from within the Service at any time. Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, you keep your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection; since we hold no copy, these are exercised directly through the Service.
5. Sensitive content
Your answers may reveal sensitive things about your inner life. Please treat your device accordingly: use a device only you can access, and log out on shared computers.
6. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. If this changes
If we later introduce accounts that sync across devices, we will tell you clearly before any of your data leaves your device, explain what is stored and for how long, and ask for your consent first.

Answer for an ordinary day, not your best one. First reaction is usually the true one. There are no right answers, and nobody sees this but you.
